At last, an exciting night out with your friends the Wunderkidz, the most cutting-edge youth improv team in Minnesota. We will be performing as you have never seen us before for three nights in February at the Brave New Institute at 2605 Hennepin Ave. This show will be an improv spectacular with the main event being the Wunderkidz you know and love. We've also invited some of our friends out to showcase their talents. There will be music, dance, and improv by the Brave New Youth. The show is a family affair, so come for the improv, but also for the board games and home-baked goods that will take over the theater while the Wunderkidz are there. You get to see this show not just once, but three times! And because it's improv, it will be different every single night. These shows are fundraisers for our adventures throughout the year. Even Wunderkidz need to pay people money to participate in festivals (we tried to pay people in cupcakes, but they wouldn't go for it). We would love to see you there! Show dates are: February 9, 8:00 PM February 16, 8:00 PM February 23, 8:00 PM All shows are $5, plus whatever donation you care to make to the Wunderkidz cause.

Tom Horner is a vocal advocate for citizen-centered government that’s transparent. He champions system-wide reforms he says will make the system more fair and responsive to the voters. We asked him about everything from campaign finance reform to the role of the media in elections on this very special show. His views on our current struggles and prescriptions for a better government give the T2P2 cast plenty to work with.

In our current economic downturn, can the MIA continue on that path? Why should people subsidize the preservation and presentation of art works that may offend, alienate, or that some may consider harmful to the soul? Should we continue to support public art or perhaps we should introduce market elements similar to the ideas behind Museum Inc? We spoke with Kaywin Feldman, Director and President of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts about the value of art and what it will cost us.
