Sandra and Michael made their way out from Visalia to celebrate their wedding day at Dolphin Bay in Pismo Beach, CA. It was a perfect afternoon for their closest family and friends to surround them as they exchanged vows overlooking the ocean. I think Michael's brother said it best during his Best Man toast: "You know, I am very honored to be the best man at this ceremony, but I can tell you that my brother is the best man in the ceremony of life. Now, I was thinking... between my brother and I, it took over 100 years for us to be at this day... but it makes sense to me because when you're looking for the perfect person, sometimes it takes a while. And that signifies how special Sandra really is. From the moment we met Sandra, I felt like she was family and I can't be more honored to call her my sister." This is the kind of stuff dreams are made of and it didn't stop at perfect weather, million dollar views or heartfelt toasts. From the unbelievable floral arrangements and décor to killer dance moves and an epic video/photo session with Mark Janzen, this day had it all. So sit back, relax and enjoy this glimpse into Sandra and Michael's special day.

Amanda and JJ had their outdoor wedding at Santa Margarita Ranch along California's central coast and I can't think of a more perfect setting for such a rad couple. The day started at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo, where Amanda and JJ were making final preparations. The laughter and energy that was in the air was totally infectious and I knew we were in a for a good time. From there we made our way over to the Ranch where a turn of the century farmhouse and majestic Oak trees played background to the couple exchanging vows in front of their closest friends and family. We had a great time both before and after the ceremony during our photo/video sesh with the incredibly talented Ashley Maxwell and it was there that we got a firsthand look into the love Amanda and JJ shared. Sometimes planning a destination wedding can be hectic, stressful and downright crazy-making, but if these two felt any of that, they sure as heck didn't show it (I'm sure Colleen Gregory from Kramer Events had a lot to do with that as well) ;). I love weddings like that - where the details of the day are just that - details. What really matters is the new chapter being written in both of their lives as they become one and I think Amanda and JJ totally got it. As they leaned in to each other, they became even more comfortable and downright giddy with excitement about getting to experience the rest of their lives together. Watching JJ fight back tears as his "ninja" bride came down the aisle was just the icing on the cake. These two were meant for each other. Adornments killed it with the floral arrangements, Phil's Catering served up the food, Just Baked SLO baked an incredible cake and Kramer Events handled the lighting and photo booth while spinning the tunes. It was an all-star cast for an all-star couple and we felt honored to be a part of it. I hope this glimpse into Amanda and JJ's special day leaves you feeling as amazing as we did making it! Enjoy!

Cassandra and Nicholas decided to have their vineyard wedding at Cellar 360 Winery in Paso Robles, CA. I don't think you could have asked for a more perfect day as the two exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family. We first met up with Cassandra at Hotel Cheval as final preparations were underway and from there, a gorgeous classic Thunderbird escorted Cassandra to the winery. Towering oak trees, sun-drenched vineyards and acres of manicured lawns and gardens played backdrop to a beautiful ceremony officiated by a very close and dear friend of Cassandra and Nic. From there we took the newlyweds out into the vineyards for an insanely epic video/photo session with the always awesome and talented Jake and Necia. I always enjoy the time spent with a couple right after the ceremony because the excitement and feelings of love are at an all time high. It's just this indescribable rush that I can remember so well from my wedding almost eight years ago. And as we captured these two, I could see that this was no exception. Cassandra and Nic are absolutely perfect for each other and I think the film reflects this beautifully. The reception included music and lighting by Kramer, heartfelt toasts, killer dance moves, cigars, and a sparkler sendoff that wrapped up the evening perfectly. I hope this glimpse into Cassandra and Nic's special day brings you as much joy as it did for us creating it! Enjoy!

I really don't even know where to start with this one... Having worked worked with Cassandra (the most ah-mazing wedding planner in the Fresno area) several times before and having shot Elizabeth's sister's wedding, I thought I had an idea of what we were in for. I was wrong. We pulled up to the Sorensen residence where 20-foot draped archways, adorned with handmade signs welcomed us. And as we made our way down the driveway, childhood pictures of Elizabeth and Jeff gave us a timeline that brought these two to this very special day. The care and thoughtfulness that went into the seemingly endless décor was unreal. From dance floors spanning over swimming pools to servers handing out smoothies made with the family farm's blueberries nothing, and I mean nothing, was overlooked. For Elizabeth, many of her fondest memories are from the house she grew up in, so it made total sense to add another very significant memory to it - her wedding day. The catch was the guest count. With over 400 people attending, one might feel a little overwhelmed, but not Cassandra, Elizabeth and her mom, Kim. Together they assembled an evening that most people only hope and dream for. But I'd be lying if I said that was the best part. Just before Jeff was about to see his bride for the first time, we asked him what he thought he was going to say to her. He said, "I don't know. I'm kinda figuring I'll be speechless." And as he turned to see Elizabeth for the first time, his face said more than words ever could. Moments like a groom seeing his bride for the first time are what we live for. Getting to witness and preserve the memories of two lives becoming one in the presence of our Heavenly Father is a blessing I have counted myself fortunate to have. My hope and prayer is that this glimpse into the beauty and awesomeness of their special day brings glory to God and joy to Jeff, Elizabeth and their friends and family. Enjoy!

Jennifer and Anthony chose to have their Camarillo wedding at Hartley Botanica, an unbelievably cool garden hidden in California's central coast. We first met up with the couple at The Grand Vista Hotel where final preparations were underway. Jennifer and her girls were completely giddy with excitement and while I won't use the same adjective to describe Anthony, I'd say he was definitely no less stoked. From the hotel, we made our way over to the venue where lush greenery kept us all cool from the summer heat. There's no way to fully describe how amazing this place was... From archways wrapped in vines to waterfalls spilling over rocks around every corner, it was just insane. But as I often say, because it's so true, as incredible as the venue, décor, food, vendors and every other detail that goes into planning such a huge day can be, it all falls short in comparison to the love shared between two people committing the rest of their lives to the other. Jennifer and Anthony were certainly no exception. As the music played and guests rose to their feet, Jennifer and her father rounded the corner and instantly a wave of joyful emotions swept over everyone. Fighting tears through smiles, Jennifer and Anthony exchanged vows under the canopies of heavenward reaching trees. It was a beautiful ceremony that segued into a perfect reception filled with photobooth shenanigans, epic dance moves and hilarious and heartwarming toasts. I hope this look into the vast love shared between Jennifer and Anthony brings joy to all who watch. Enjoy!

Priscilla and Matt decided to have their Newport Beach wedding at Mariners Church and the Island Hotel. I don't think a more perfectly suited venue could have been found for these two to join their two lives as one. We first met up with the soon-to-be-newlyweds at the Island Hotel where all the final preparations were underway. The smiles and giddiness were nonstop and culminated as Matt watched his bride come down the aisle. I think this has got to be one of my favorite moments at a wedding and this was no exception as Matt fought back tears of joy. Under the massive wooden arches of the chapel, Priscilla and Matt exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family. It was a beautiful and intimate ceremony followed by a hearty ringing of the wedding bells. A classic Rolls Royce escorted the newlyweds back to the hotel where an evening of heartfelt toasts, epic dance moves and never ending laughter ensued. We had an absolute blast getting to capture Priscilla and Matt's special day, and I hope this video brings you as much joy as it did us!
