Not only did Central Valley end West Valley’s Northern Athletic League 59-match unbeaten run – they put a huge exclamation point on it sweeping the Eagles in three games here Oct. 22, 2009, 25-21, 25-23, 25-17. “The girls really wanted to win this (match) bad,” Central Valley coach Sarah Crye said. “Our practices had been very intense all week and they stayed extremely focused on what we were trying to accomplish in each drill.” Photography By Rita Dressel
