We've all had experiences in our lives that have shaped us. This short film is a comparison between personal growth and community growth. How our own experiences influence and mold the people around us. Visually we wanted to use an art form and a common community setting to show the connection between personal growth and community growth. Take time to connect what you see with what you hear. Produced & Directed by: Rob Burke Shot with Anamorphot 1.33 anamorphic adapter

Breath Vessels draws attention to the very physical and creative nature of the life-sustaining ritual of breathing. Visitors to the installation may breathe into a small ceramic shell. As they exhale, a 3D model is generated onscreen in realtime, reflecting the shape of their breath. Several of these forms are later made into ceramic vessels using a ceramic 3D printer. Taz Pollard is a contemporary British designer-maker who creates quirky, vibrant ceramics by hand. Her striking pieces are a fantastic way of introducing colour into the home. With the trend towards neon brights for the interior home this year, accent pieces like her Lunar Jars can achieve this look without having to change the entire interior of the home. Taz's ceramics may appear to be ultra-modern, however her work is heavily influenced by a fascination of traditional ceramics. She plays with iconic pottery forms (such as baluster jugs, pancheons and costrels) giving them a twenty first century twist: a bright glaze, a plastic handle or a plastic ceramic hybrid. https://tazpollardceramics.wordpress.com

Bhaktapur is one of Nepal's ancient three cities, located in the Kathmandu Valley. Being a Unesco World Heritage site, it is known for its temples, religious architecture, and narrow cobblestone streets. Perhaps its most famous landmark is the Potters' Square, a small square used exclusively by potters. It is the heart of Bhaktapur's ceramic industry. Some of the monuments in this video may have been damaged by the earthquake that hit Nepal in April 2015. The people of Nepal suffered tremendously and still need your help. Food, shelter, and medicale care are some of the basic amenities that are needed. Donations to relevant organizations such as Unicef and the Red Cross are ways to assist. Please check what is the best way to help in your country.
