              I didn't have access to a gym to complete TNF base fitness and strength workout and had to improvise. I thought it made for a nice timelapse. Here are the details of the workout: Warmup: 10x Squats 10x Push Ups 10x Sit Ups (oops forgot to do these) 3x Pull Ups ---- The Workout Burpee + Suicide Sprint Complete within 30 seconds, the remaining time is rest. ---- Not on the video: DW Special With 25lb dumbbell. Do a 30 second stretch of your choice between rounds, but don't linger, work briskly.

                  The Pump Tunnel is a place under Airport rd in Chapel Hill NC. It is one of my favorite places to train. It doesn't see much traffic because of the funky landings and hmmm we'll say sketchy reputation (though it is completely safe). In this video I'm doing one of my variation traverses. There are two types of foot holds (large and small) and in this variation you only use the small foot holds and hand holds, forcing some cool movement. A typical workout here for me might consist of timed laps and timed rest for 1-2 hours
