Patrick Trueman and Dawn Hawkins gave this presentation at the Utah Coalition Against Pornography conference in 2013. Patrick Trueman is President of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, the nation's leading organization opposing pornography and indecency through public education and the application of law. Mr. Trueman is the former chief of the U. S. Department of Justice Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section in Washington, DC. During the Administration's of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, he led successful prosecution efforts that resulted in more than 100 convictions of the top pornographers in the country. Dawn Hawkins is Director of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. Dawn has become one of the few who regularly speaks out in the mainstream press about the harms of pornography. She has expanded the reach of NCOSE by sharing information though their website, social media, online events, and newsletter. Dawn is a graduate of Tufts University.
