Full recipe available at http://brooklynbrewshop.com/themash/recipe-hoppy-deviled-eggs Deviled Eggs, when people remember their existence in the pantheon of appetizers, are the hero of any dinner party. Despite being part of the finger food group, they're perfectly filling — at least enough to keep the crowd happy until dinner time. They're also super easy to whip up. We like to put our usual spin on these sinful hors d'oeuvres with an Everyday IPA, adding a bright, citrusy kick on top of each creamy bite. We suggest pairing your Hoppy Deviled eggs with a bright IPA, as the beer will cut right through the creaminess of the egg. A microplaning of a hops adds a layer of floral aroma to the dish, making the eggs feel right at home with a citrus-packed IPA.

Waffles are fantastic. There's no question about it. And when they're savory (i.e. chicken and waffles), they're even better (in our opinion). So we asked ourselves a question. How does one make the ultimate savory waffle? The answer was clear and incidentally packed with cheese. We looked in The Mash archives, rediscovered our gooey, smoky, uber-easy, and super-cheesy Stovetop Beer Mac & Cheese and it came to us. Let's make waffles out of mac & cheese. We did, and the resulting waffles were insanely delicious. Full Recipe: http://brooklynbrewshop.com/themash/recipe-beer-mac-cheese-waffles/

Chef Joly say, " I love cooking with beer" I do many shows around the US as the Belgium beer spokesman for our great beers. The thing with beer is that it is water with yeast and flavors, and I love to incorporate them in my cooking. Here is a good example, you can find more free recipes at chefjoly.com. Cheers!

Original Recipe: http://brooklynbrewshop.com/themash/recipe-beer-popsicles/ Summer is nearing the end, but it's still pretty hot out there. Really hot, actually. And while our preferred method of beating the heat is cooling off with an ice cold beer, we think cooling off with an ice cold popsicle is even better. We used Bruxelles Blonde for our raspberry and rose beer pops, but any lighter beer will do the trick. Here's how to do it. Enjoy the video. What You Need 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoons dried rose buds 1 pint raspberries 1 cup Bruxelles Blonde (or any light Belgian ale) What You Do To make a rose simple syrup, add 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a sauce pan on medium heat and mix until sugar is fully dissolved. Turn off heat and add 3 tablespoons dried rose buds and steep for 10 minutes. Strain into small bowl. Add raspberries and rose simple syrup to food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of Bruxelles Blonde (or any lighter beer) and fold into mixture. Fill ice pop mold and add popsicle sticks. Freeze and then enjoy!
