This video is geared for those of you who are interested in buying a HDSLR shoulder rig but don't know much about what is needed. Basically, this is for newbies to HDSLR shoulder rigs. I take you through the major components of a shoulder rig, and give a few quick tips about getting the most for your money. My rig includes parts by Konova, Lanparte, Giottos, Ruige, Marshall Monitors, Zoom, and Tascam. If you look closely, you will also see support systems from Kessler Crane and Manfrotto. My camera in the rig is the Canon 5d Mark III. I do not have any sponsorships at this point, but I would love to be sponsored, especially by Lanparte or Kessler Crane.

Decided to try Hidden Valley, for the first time this year, right after a solid winter storm. While the bottom was windy and with little snow, the top had enough + more. It was the best run this year. The video was recorded using GoPro 3 Black Edition, and modified xshot ( I mounted Giottos Mini Ball Head on the xshot stick, as the original one, made out of plastic, never held up the position during bumps ). Post production in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 ( the colors are not there yet as I am learning the software ) To get to Hidden Valley, go to Estes Park, pass the main park entrance and follow the trail ridge road. Around the big curve, there is a parking lot. Stop there and get your ass up the hill to enjoy a beautiful day in the mountains.

I fell in love with Italy the first time I went - the food, the history, and most of all, the gelato! So, for our 4th video in our EuroTrip series, we take the high-speed TrenItalia rail from Switzerland and head through the Italian countryside to visit Venice and Rome, checking out the sights and exploring the unbeaten path along the way. Pigeons abound in St. Mark's Square on the first day while we visit the Basilica di San Marco for late mass on Sunday before getting a peek at the Rialto Bridge at dusk. Later, we get lost in the nooks and crannies of Venice's streets, but with the help of Google Maps on our Android phones and cheap 10Euro sim cards from Vodafone.it, we're able to hop on a private gondola before enjoying an aubergine pie at Trattoria Pizzeria all'Anforna. As we wander around Rome, we catch the closing hour of the markets at Campo de' Fiori where we grab some some fresh local produce and a swig of water at the nearby fountain (gotta love free, fresh drinking water!) After shelling out 6 Euro for the largest gelato we've ever seen, we pass through Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) & the Colosseo (Flavian Ampitheatre) before ending with dinner by the Fontana di Trevi (Trevi Foundtain). Throwing in a few coins ensures that we'll be back soon enough... Still waiting on an opportunity to go to Hawaii with our niece and her family, we did the next best thing and headed to Puerto Rico for Episode XXXIV for some snorkeling, sun, and some of the best lechon this side of the globe :) We followed by hiking to La Mina waterfall in El Yunque National Rainforest to celebrate a birthday over a Sandwich Cubano and washed it down with a couple drinks at Casa Barcardi.
