However, with the encouragement of enthusiastic combat champions: Kayne Isaac - Pan Amarican Jiu-Jitsu Gold medalist (plus some!); Brooklyn Tilley - German Jiu-Jitsu NAGA champion and Daniel Sanders - Thai Boxer...these young lads had social media knowledge in their back pockets! So FitnessNoBS starts a journey of video, upload, download and...stuff! We all had a learning journey this week and certainly know more at the end of the week than we did at the beginning.
