Aloha from Maui! Thank you for watching. Please like and subscribe to my channel and share this video! Hope you enjoy. This is the final video from Our 32 Mile Adventure Crossing the Channel of Bones and the 2014 Molokai to Oahu stand up paddle race, July 27, 2014. It was 32 miles of exciting, adrenaline SUP racing at it's best. Myself, Suzie Cooney and relay partner Stephen Ross pushed our limits. This crossing changed our lives. Note: To see more photos and get a first hand inside story on how it REALLY was click here to read my excerpt. http://bit.ly/1s2Dzdn Special thanks to coach and M20 champion, Jeremy Riggs for guiding us with his expertise and knowledge. Also a huge support was Mike Holmes, the best boat captain one could ask for. Imagery by Simone Reddingius. Support crew, Tommy and Cathy who were are cheerleaders and kept us well fed. Our training consisted of many many miles on Maui in all conditions and lots of studio training too. Anything can happen and everything can happen. We were well prepared and our goal was to finish without incidents ( sharks, wounds..etc ) and for our crew to have a blast with us. It was incredible. This is a short video I put together of a recent adventure my friends and I embarked on this summer down the Napali Coast. The Napali Coast is an amazing stretch of coastline stretching 17 miles along Kauai's North Shore. Overflowing with wild life, breathtaking views and sea caves, the Napali Coast is only accessible by foot (on hiking trails) or by sea. For whatever reason, we decided to swim it as opposed to paddling, boating or hiking. The journey took four days and three nights to complete. Swimming by day, sleeping on the odd beach by night (sometimes with mice). Unfortunately I only had 32 GB of memory to work with so filming was limited, but here are a few clips that highlight the adventure. Hope you enjoy. ALOHA!

Sorry for the delay on sending this out, we had to wait for the footage to be sent to us. But none the less, here it is! This week, David pairs up with Jeremy Wilmot on the F16, and a few friends on the Nacra 17 during the US Sailing team practice in Miami. We did not get a lot of on board offtage, mostly because we wanted to see what we could make out of the outside footage! "A highly engineered piece of fabric, some impossibly skinny lines, a harness big enough to hold some emergency gear, food and water, a radio, gps, vario, a sleeping bag and a mountain range in California that stretches over 800 kilometers. And a few knuckleheads who think it's possible." A team of paragliders sets out to break the distance record for vol bivouac flying in North America across the Sierra Mountains in California. A stunning visual journey that highlights the beauty and risks of self supported flight. Photos by Jody MacDonald Photography. Written and narrated by Gavin McClurg. Many thanks to our generous sponsors: Niviuk, GoPro, Keen, Kaenon Sunglasses, KAVU, Sharkies, Princeton tec, Flytec, Sup Air. Pilots: Nick Greece, Antoine Laurens, Oriol Fernandez, Eric Reed, Brad Sander, Gavin McClurg. Guest pilots Honza Rejmanik and Chris Hilliard

The first in a series of weekly video updates from the Follow Me To Rio crew as we work towards our goal of winning the 2016 Olympic Games and the 2014 Youth Worlds. Due to uploader problems with Vimeo, we were unable to post this when we wanted to, but the point of these videos is to give video updates every other Friday between now and the 2016 games. We are doing this to keep our fans up to date with what we are doing. This week, David Hein is sailing with coach Robbie Daniels from Red Gear Racing, while working up to the 2013 St. Pete Noods regatta. Also, David sets up his new Viper F16, which will be the boat that he will sail through the 2 selection regattas for the Youth Worlds Team, and all of the practice inbetween.
