    Ich habe mich nach dem Probetraining für die regelmässigen Crossfit Workouts in St. Gallen entschieden. Nun dass ich aber nicht wie der "Esel am Berg" stehe, wenn Begriffe wie AMRAP, Back Squat, Box Jump, Clean, Deadlift, Double Under, Burpee, Kettlebell Swing, Power Clean, Pullup, Wall ball etc. gibt es zuerst ein Introduction Training in der Crossfitbox St. Gallen. Obwohl dieses Einführungstraining drei Stunden dauert, vergeht die Zeit wie im Fluge. Dabei geht man jede Übung in kleinen Aufbauschritten durch und zum Dessert gibt es ein WOD.
