        Every year for the past half decade, we butcher all the pork we'll eat for the year at once, at home. This year, I decided to test the waters on having a butchering party: 11 friends, 10 sides of tamworth pig, food, fire, and drinks. Thanks to Twitter, one of those new friends happened to be a mater butcher from the UK, so it was time to learn to break down and eat pig, UK-style.
