    The College of Visual Arts (CVA) presented the fall 2011 CVA Leaders of Design Series, celebrating women who’ve helped put Minnesota on the map with graphic design that’s conceptual, meaningful, inspiring, hard working, and pretty powerful. The Leaders Series included a moderated panel discussion and exhibition. The evening discussion was on Wednesday, October 26 and featured Sue Crolick, Cynthia Knox, and Kelly Munson‚ and was moderated by Star Tribune Columnist Gail Rosenblum. The exhibition included twenty-three industry-leading women who were selected to exhibit their design work at the CVA Gallery from October 27 through November 13. Criteria for selection included leadership, innovation, influence, accolades for design excellence, and longevity in Minnesota.
