Our workshops, held every Saturday throughout the school year at Carnegie Mellon University, go far beyond the music, touching on all genres of art and tackling tough social issues through discussions and workshops lead by a diverse group of instructors, student volunteers, visiting professors from humanities, drama, art and music and by professional artists from the local Hip-Hop community. With access to a “State of the Art” recording studio, students produce an album of original music and perform on campus and at venues throughout the community. SocialChange101 is a free online educational resource and youth workshop series for students of social change.

                      Speaking at the Annual Southland Friends of Labor Breakfast Event about growing up in the 50's and 60's and union's involvement in the Civil Right's Movement. There is also some comments about the need to train for future highway and manufacturing jobs in Illinois along with some discussion about the Illiana Expressway, a 50 mile trucking corridor from Lowell, Indiana to Interstate 55 in Will County first proposed in the Daniel Burnham plan of 1909.
