Thanks to our Adventures and World Race family, our missionaries have met and loved many orphans around the world. Together you've prayed for them, sponsored them, advocated for them, and even adopted them. Two years ago, we watched as World Racer Jenn Watson met a little Chinese boy with Down's Syndrome named Zi. Jenn took a leap of faith when she asked her sister's family to adopt him, and God opened every door to make it possible. In Psalm 68:6, God promises that he sets the lonely in families. From a month in China to a three-minute Facebook conversation to a single $30,000 day, this is a story written by God's hand to honor that promise. And now we invite you to join us as we celebrate the miracle of adoption. Stay tuned for updates! www.gwapafilm.com Gwapa, meaning beautiful in Visayan, is the fitting title of this vibrant, real-life story that follow two Filipino families and their struggle for a healthy future. Every year, 4,000 - 5,000 Filipino children are born with cleft lip, cleft palate, or both. Cleft lip and palate are two the most common and curable of birth defects. Sadly, most clefts go unrepaired in developing countries. Just one surgery can change a child's life forever. Gwapa (Beautiful) is Weird Pixel's first feature length documentary dedicated bringing awareness to the high number of children born with cleft deformities in the Philippines and the great need for free reconstructive surgeries among the Filipino islands. This stunning and remarkable film will draw you into a powerful tale of strength, love, determination, and hope. Do you have a whisper, a rumor, of something more inside of you? The World Race mission trip is a vehicle to help you explore what that rumor is all about. You will have the opportunity to travel around the world and visit 11 countries in 11 months to places such as Asia, Africa, Europe, South & Central America, and Australia. A year from now you could be sharing the gospel with people suffering from AIDS, play with orphans, help women who are trapped in the sex trade industry, pray for the sick, etc. For more information on these amazing trips, visit us at www.theworldrace.org.

In May 2011, the Lord called me to travel to Quebrada Larga, Honduras with the Sabine Parish team of BMDMI (Baptist Medical & Dental Mission International). We traveled to Honduras for one thing: to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. I was kind of hesitant at first, because traveling to third-world countries is not something that you decide on overnight. I spent much time in prayer, asking for guidance along the way. Sure enough, my answer came and I was called to shoot a documentary film on the people of Quebrada Larga, Honduras. So I packed up my camera equipment and took off with 30 fellow Christians to evangelize the lost, disciple the saved, and minister to the needs of the poor. Huge thanks for all the support from BMDMI, the Sabine Mission Team, the people of Honduras, the Missionaries of Honduras, and most of all, our Savior Jesus Christ.
