Richard's best friend and hiking buddy, George, had passed away from the disease quite suddenly, so Richard has vowed to complete the hike they had planned together in his honor. Richard has been using the Nia Technique to train for the hike, and has recently received his White Belt. Richard's story is a touching one, and we fully put our love and support behind him on his journey.
