The EUR architectural style was inspired by Metaphysical art. A Dreamlike place with sharp contrasts of light and shadow and a vaguely threatening, mysterious soul. The complex was planned to be home to a World Fair to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the March on Rome and the beginning of the Fascist era.

          • The Coded Body

from Luke Clayton Thompson / Added

Set within a hyperreal gallery space, surrounding objects pinpoint the key themes of the work: form, beauty, being and evolution. The body in code explores and subverts these conventions. Looking at the ciphers of the greeks who would disguise their political beliefs within works, here coded scripting conceals the male nude and warps it into a mythical being. Working in the same artistic vein as ancient civilisations, an effort to capture intangible myth within a visual form. Soundtrack by Luke Clayton Thompson and Savanh Phaophanit (HVRXLD)

The original composition that is built completely on the thematic material from pre-existing famous works of classical music. The music demonstrates that tonal language is far from being exhausted, because even when the entirety of the composition is built on familiar themes, their mixture will sound original, if their connection and development is done in the original manner.
