2014 Demo Reel - DJI Phantom 2 Zenmuse H3-3D Gimbal Gopro Hero 3+ Black Edition. These footage are captured throughout the course of my adventures around Pacific coast line to San Francisco, California. The Phantom 2 is a great arsenal to my film production to capture a more dynamic point of view, and these high rise angles that are hard to capture than ever before. I Am not telling a story here, just showing what the DJI Phantom 2 and the Gopro Hero 3+ are capable of, its AMAZING! During the making of this film, I've crashed ones, then got it repaired to continue. I went over 1km (1000 Meters) and made trial and error all together. Still learning as I go. Thanks for Watching :) --Gopro Hero 3+ Settings: 2.7k @30fps 1080p @60fps Protune White balance - CamRAw Music by Luke Neumann of Neumann Films - Change of Guard

            • Bicycling the Pacific Coast Seattle to San Diego with Steve and Paul

              from Steven Wells Added 210 2 2

My bicycling buddies and I had talked about doing a Seattle to San Diego ride for years. No longer tied to the workplace, I decided the time was now for me and my brother-in-law, Paul, was also able to free up the month we projected it would take to ride most of the Pacific Coast. We would camp, but not cook to keep the weight we would be carrying to a minimum. So friends and family could follow our adventure, we set up our first blog, www.soundsswells.com I sent pictures and bits of text to my wife Catherine who maintained the blog while we were on the ride. Paul is on a recumbent trike and I am riding a more traditional bicycle. They both enjoy the benefit of electric assistance is you look closely. My bicycle has no throttle, it requires pedaling 100% of the time, however it does provide a boost based on the amount of torque being registered at the crank. This made the ride much less grueling but nevertheless exhausting after nearly 100 miles per day average. We covered 1600 miles in 22 days, including 4 rest days. We stayed near the Scenic coast riding on or near the 101 and 1 highways most of the way. It was an awesome fun ride as you will see in this short video. We met many other riders and had a great time sharing stories on the road and at campsites. Paul's trike always attracts a crowd. The ride took place in July and August of 2014. Check out the blog for other details! Cheers Steve

When we first started telling people we were going to drive and enjoy the entire Oregon Coast in just one day - a few crazy looks were directed our way. In fairness, the drive between Astoria and Brookings is 338 miles and according to Google Maps takes over seven hours just to drive straight, without stops. However, as the adventurous and ambitious travelers we are (we did plan a trip to Iceland for just 20 hours), we remained completely undeterred and had a fabulous time on our Oregon Coast Challenge. Musique: Goux- https://www.facebook.com/gougougougoug?ref=ts&fref=ts

                      from Joey Bike Added

This is the first in a series of bicycle touring videos that I am going to call "Whirlwind Tour" photo journals that include hundreds of photos taken by me (and sometimes OF me) on many of my famous bicycle adventures. This is my way of getting the photos out to the world where they might do someone some good instead of buried in my photo archives. I hope you enjoy this video and the rest of the series.
