    The Opening Night Film & Party from the 2012 Milwaukee Film Festival on Thursday, Sept. 27. The Opening Night Film at the Landmark Oriental Theatre was STARBUCK. The Opening Night Party at Discovery World featured a live performance from Milwaukee soul legend Harvey Scales featuring the Kings Go Forth rhythm section, American Idol's Naima Adedapo, a live video DJ set celebrating film and music from DJ Madhatter of 88NINE Radio Milwaukee, a second live set from WMSE 91.7FM DJ Paul Cebar, the Gravity Benders Breakdance Crew, Shaolin Center’s traditional Chinese Lion Dance, a Cinema Hooligante Giant Spider photo booth, Silhouette Dancers from Danceworks, a beauty bar by Neroli, hors d’oeuvres from Bartolotta Catering and Events at Pier Wisconsin, and a special interactive display from Stamm Technologies.
