Early 2012, we started a journey to Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Southern Brazil in our old and rusty Landrover. Once again, we brought our DSLR cameras and some gear to capture every great moment of this trip. Lots of winds, emptiness, pampas, bustling cities, animals, deserts and waterfalls - all wrapped up in just under 6 min. Enjoy the ride! Thanks for the support... www.latinamericaforless.com www.peruforless.com Filmed by: Clemens Krüger, Vincent Urban, Stefan Templer Edited by: Vincent Urban twitter.com/vincenturban - instagram.com/vincenturban Filmed with Canon 7D/60D and GoPro. The Mexican replied, “only a little while. The American then asked why didn’t he stay out longer and catch more fish? The Mexican said he had enough to support his family’s immediate needs. The American then asked, “but what do you do with the rest of your time?” The Mexican fisherman said, “I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, take siestas with my wife, stroll into the village each evening where I sip wine, and play guitar with my amigos.  I have a full and busy life.” The American scoffed, “I have an MBA from Harvard and I can help you. You should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds, buy a bigger boat. With the proceeds from the bigger boat, you could buy several boats, eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats. Instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the processor, eventually opening your own cannery. You would control the product, processing, and distribution. You would need to leave this small coastal fishing village and move to Mexico City, then LA and eventually New York City, where you will run your expanding enterprise.” The Mexican fisherman asked, “But, how long will this all take?” To which the American replied, “15 – 20 years.” “But what then?” Asked the Mexican. The American laughed and said, “That’s the best part.  When the time is right you would announce an IPO and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich, you would make millions!” “Millions – then what?” The American said, “Then you would retire.  Move to a small coastal fishing village where you would sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, take siestas with your wife, stroll to the village in the evenings where you could sip wine and play your guitar with your amigos.” The Real Fisherman https://vimeo.com/120193350

Story of a promise This long documentary will tell the story of a person undertaking the Camino de Santiago from Almeria with bare feet, 1.420 km long and 80-day trip. A struggle against the elements and against themselves, a way of overcoming that will culminate with the arrival of the Plaza del Obradoiro. “It is said that mother is only one. One day I was said I would lose mine. I can not describe the helplessness I felt. Then I made a promise. If it healed I would be able to walk thousands of miles barefoot, pushing the boundaries of endurance and pain. From Almeria to Santiago de Compostela is 2,000,000 steps. My mother was cured and now I have a long road ahead.” Blog: http://2millonesdepasos.blogspot.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/2.000.000depasos Twitter: https://twitter.com/#!/2millonesdpasos (@2milllonesdpasos)
