            This is an event we do once or twice a year at CrossFit Center City. We complete the "CrossFit Total" which includes working up to a max in 3 lifts: the Conventional Deadlift, Back Squat, and Military Press and recording the best of three chances at each of the three lifts in one comprehensize "CrossFit Total". It also happens to be our Halloween Party. This year was awesome! Thanks to all who participated and all who helped us make this day possible! ...until next time!

                Squat 3 x 5 x 162.5kg (set 2 of 3 shown). Deadlift 1 x 5 x 195kg. As I come out of the bottom of the squat there is some movement that shouldn’t be there - my knees are sliding forward and also coming together. I have to work on this.
