The Deal Pipeline's David Marcus chats with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP patent litigation partner Edward Reines in San Francisco regarding the Supreme Court's recent decision in Mayo Collaborative Services v. Prometheus Labs, which has received less media attention than the recent upholding of healthcare reform. Reines asserts the decision "means intellectual property and protectibility needs to be more at the forefront."
