Last month, we introduced the world to the The Decoders in our first EPK release, An Introduction. Now with our first part of the series, we go in depth into the world that The Decoders inhabit while recording their latest single, Walk On By featuring Noelle Scaggs (of Fitz & The Tantrums), who also makes a guest appearance in the EPK. With behind the scenes studio footage and exclusive interviews, The Decoders Vol. 2 EPK Series kicks off with a bang, as the group discusses the story behind their cover of the classic Burt Bacharach tune made famous by the likes of soul legends Dionne Warwick and Isaac Hayes. Aside from the Decoders production team (Itai Shapira, Todd M. Simon and Adam Berg) and Noelle Scaggs, the EPK also features Tracy Wannomae (sax/flute), Thomas Lea (strings) and Blake Colie (drums). You can download the single from their band camp page right here: www.thedecoders.bandcamp.com. The single is also available on iTunes and amazon. Stay tuned for part 2 of the EPK series next month... CREDITS: Video directed and edited by Jaron Halmy. Sound mixing by Itai Shapira at Manifest Music.
