Two mobile phones, one video camera, two performance artists. One free talk recorded non-stop on progress, about time, realities and stories. How to share experiences and how to keep the moment alive? Dialogue is a piece about friendship, experiences, backgrounds, memories, presence, desires, failing and fears. It is a challenge of self-exposition and an exercise to sense where the existence happens. by Kuba Falkowski & Shima DIALOGUE performance EXHIBITIONS 2010: -- ‘epipiderme9’, Espacio Epipiderme, Fábrica Braço de Prata,, Lisbon, Portugal -- Espacio OFF Limits, Madrid, Spain -- ‘Performance Meeting’ (curator: Pilar Talavera), Galeria CMTV, Barcelona, Spain

The Kee Ensemble works on the principle that every movement is a sound, every sound is a movement, an idea introduced and developed by Rob Liethoff, who works with the ensemble as a vocal coach and dramaturg. This innovative approach to the training and performance of dancetheater supports a deep interest in the implicit rules of real-world communication. Does the mode of communication affect what one is able to say? The Kee Ensemble explores new connections between the mediums of voice and movement we can open up new doors and communicate new things. To this end, research in areas as diverse as neuroscience, philosophy, anthropology, and linguistics informs our work. The exploration of these connections signifies the birth of a new performative language. This language is absolutely necessary, because each new language reveals new territory of human experience. You cannot think a sentence without knowing the words to compose the sentence. Like Alice in Wonderland and the white rabbit going into the black hole, we invite you to explore this unknown territory with us. We think you will be surprised by what you can find here. Video & Production: Paulina Grochowska

Also check out the showcase! which shows some awesome screens of how its made: https://vimeo.com/141321143 ‘Recall’ is a student project developed in Unreal Engine 4.7 by second year students of 3D Visual Arts at NHTV. They received a level design from a Design student and had to turn it into a professional product, while taking into account gameplay and performance within an industry simulation. The level was themed after the movie ‘Total Recall’ (2012), and we got 180 hours per student in active production time in a team size of eight. The level had to be presented to industry professionals twice, once for feedback on the geometry stage and once after the final product was completed. IGAD or ‘International Game Architecture and Design’ is a study program based on industry simulation where programmers, visual artists and game designers are trained to develop high quality products in teams. It is part of the ‘Academy of Digital Entertainment’ at NHTV Breda, The Netherlands. It was founded by people from industry to close the gap between students and professionals.
