Liam shreds faster than most, and his ability to do it with style is a testament to his skill on a board. There's no better way to showcase his style and skill than with a raw run. No cutting. No fancy camera angles. Just pure skateboarding. This might just be the rawest of all raw runs. Be sure to check out the our newest products that are helping Liam navigate this insanely dangerous terrain - including our new griptape and gloves. Happy Shredding! POWER shows a continuous camera move from extreme close-up of Mr. West revealing an a neoclassical video tableau showing characters and creatures surrounding him in an abstract environment - all moving in extreme slow motion. Inspired by Michelangelo's frescos in the Sistine Chapel, the piece depicts a faux historical moment - an empire on the brink of collapse from its own excess, decadence and corruption. •••••••••••••••ADDITIONAL INFORMATION•••••••••••••• ARTJAIL Credits. Lead Flame Artist: •Steve Mottershead Flame Artists: •Graham Holly, Elsa Tu, Mark Wilhelm, Todd Gutridge Research and Editor. •Beau Dickson Executive Producer. •Leslie McCartney ARTJAIL Involvement. ARTJAIL was involved in many aspects of this project, from pre-production to post and finishing, giving us a real understanding of what the Director's vision for the piece was. First and foremost, he did not want to make a music video! He was interested in making an art piece, an experimental collaboration between two artists. The conventions of traditional music videos should be completely forgotten. The focus should be on the art, the idea, the story being told, in the most direct manner possible. One continuous movement, representing one moment in time on the brink of collapse.

Recently took a road trip out west starting in San Francisco and making stops in LA, Death Valley, Lake Powell, Monument Valley, Moab, Bonneville Salt Flats, Reno, and back to San Fran. 3000+ miles in total. Needless to say the scenery was amazing so we felt obligated to try and capture it but in a slightly different twist. This is a series of video portraits I shot of my girlfriend at various stops along our route. A kind of fashion meets Baraka if you will. Hope you enjoy it. Written and directed by award winning filmmaker Ben West, FUGU & TAKO is an amazing buddy film with stunning visual effects. The story follows two Japanese salary men's lives that literally transform when one of them eats a live puffer fish in a sushi bar. Trailer - Film available at VIMEO ondemand
