I started to build an interesting relationship with these Maasai warriors in Ololosokwan near Serengeti. They're now always waiting for me to arrive and we start shooting sessions. Some are "veterans" but they also bring "rookies" and other jealous warriors. It costs me a little fortune in prints but the result, the experience, the atmosphere on the spot is worth that, no doubt. without rehearsal, here is some impromptu dancing and singing....nothing professional neither from them or me but I hope it is somewhat interesting for viewers.

West of the Rift Valley in Tanzania lie the Gol mountains. A decent bush airstrip is operated by Flying Medical Service, Olemilei, stuck between hills and a gorge. The drop of that gorge is pretty impressive, just watch and hold your breath just after the take off. a few seconds after take off, I'll bank steeply to the left while chopping off power and setting full flaps out to slow down as much as possible in the steep descent... 5 minutes later we'll land in Oljoro, another Flying Medical Service airstrip. A few miles away only but an incredible time would be requested for people to walk that distance and up or down the 600m difference in elevation.
