Most people don't give much thought as to where their food comes from or how it is even grown. I certainly didn't when Tangmere Nurseries approached me to do a video of their pepper growing operation. I wasn't prepared for the scale of the operation or just what it takes to strip out one old crop and plant a new one. We decided that most of the video should be done as a timelapse as that would work perfectly for the period of time these jobs take and it was filmed in November and December last year when all this happens. I shot is using 3 cameras - the Canon 5D Mark II, 550D and my trusty GoPro for those awkward places. Hope you enjoy it and please email me at carl@carlpendle.com if you'd like to commission a video. Carl

Because of the cargo jet, the remote island of Hokkaido, Japan, is now home to one of the world’s top horse farms, where these mares arriving by air will give birth to their foals.
