Anthropologie is launching a special project aimed at bringing a daily dose of inspiration to the communities we all call home. It's name - The Artful Project. And for their first, they asked us film their partnership with Maine artist Tessa Greene O’Brien, co-founder of the Portland Mural Initiative, capturing her stunning painting chops in Congress Square Park. • WIP Casey Jones & Lucas (Swedish) - Sneak Peak

Coming this life time, a tribute to a certain American Legend... at first in Swedish. -- Actually, this animated short film was supposed to be completed this year's spring, but complications, exhaustions, social events and other stuff blocked my rails from time to time - and never did I realize until half way through that I dreamt up this too big, and it was supposed to be nothing more but a second year school project - so all I could cough up was the first 2-3 minutes of my film, still missing colors n' everything. Though keep in mind, the material shown in this sneak peak is barely half of the stuff I at least have done n' animated. If you want to hear more of the wonderful, yet familiar, music that's been used in this short, go to Joe Dulieu's YouTube account right here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgr0Q2hnQJVBMdnqDab3VAA , this dude is totally awesome. :3

My final classical film for the one-year, Vancouver Film School, Classical Animation program. This story is based on a Live Action RolePlay that I participate in with friends, in Edmonton, AB. http://www.talltalegaming.com/kalidor.html My story specifically is of Chaya. This video shows her childhood to young adult years. She grew up with her brother, and the two played together often. Their sibling relationship was a happy one, without much quarrel. But one day, her brother left home without a word. This film was animated by hand. Drawn on paper, shot in FlipBook, coloured and edited in ToonBoom. Backgrounds done in Photoshop.

It's not always easy to impress our catalog team; finding and exploring the most beautiful nooks of the world is part of their job, after all. But after shooting our May Lookbook in South Africa, even these professional globetrotters were awestruck by the winding vineyards, the sun-swathed animal sanctuary and the sparkling, blue-bright coast. After watching this footage, we’re actually surprised they left the penguins and returned to the Home Office! (Now, um, please excuse us—we have a quick headcount to do.)

See some of my illustrations: http://daughtersofdreamsong.deviantar... Sometimes, the best medicine is love :3 Personal notes: This is the second (relatively speaking) substantial animated thingy that I've done for myself. Often times I find myself coming up with lots of ideas, only to end up intimidated by my strange assertion that I'm not going to do the project justice. This time I promised myself that I'd finish the project no matter how it ended up. While not the greatest animation ever created by the hands of humanity, I like my little movie. I feel more confident in my abilities, and I'm going to go ahead and take a stab at progressively bigger projects. Ultimately my goal is to create media that both inspires people and makes them feel good. I'll do my best. No promises though.
