              "Instant Cinema: Teleportation Platform X" is an interactive, experimental and improvisational audio-visual performance that will take place from Sunset to Sunrise on June 8, 2013 as part of the all-night Northern Spark arts festival in Lowertown Saint Paul, Minnesota. This "Preview" illustrates what festival-goers will experience when visiting the Teleportation Platform site: Amtrak's recently renovated Union Depot. The video was shot by Jon D. Steinhorst and Chris Powers when the Instant Cinema crew performed a practice run of the piece at Northeast Minneapolis' Art-A-Whirl. Designed by Lepre and created with the help of an intergenerational group of community members, the three circular mosaics, resembling the sun, a drum, and a quilt, signify the many things the center represents to the community.
