            This week's WotW is the MOUNTAIN CLIMBER CROSS...this cardiovascular exercise will also work all your major muscle groups! Step 1. Begin in full push-up position with hands directly under shoulders and toes on the floor. Step 2. Contract your abs and bring one knee into the chest and towards the opposite elbow-it's fine if they don't touch, but focus on bringing the leg across the torso. Step 3. Extend the leg back to the start position and repeat with the other leg, going as quickly as you can while staying in that push up position.

                Step 1: Start in a squat position, making sure to keep your hips back, holding a medicine ball in both hands between your feet with your arms straight. Step 2: Stand upright, pushing through your heels, raising the ball overhead making sure to keep your arms straight. Step 3: Drop back into the squat position, and repeat! Go for 30 seconds to one minute, or until you feel a good burn!
