    The Ecological Theater has created a unique sound installation in the Biological Museum of Stockholm were you as a visitor is surrounded by sound and text specifically composed and written for this utterly dead environment. The experience of the museum is given a new dimension where its history and the present moments reflections is coexisting. You take part of the work through a pair of headphones and an iPhone that are wirelessly connected throughout the museum to 60 iBeacons. The iBeacons have been placed on the museum's walls and can recognize/feel what you see. The soundwaves invites you to actively explore the 122 years old creaking exhibition with your whole body, like in a personal choreography.             CONCOURS DATA CANVAS Projet CityCells Bienvenue sur le circuit CityCells, fil conducteur de l’exposition Data Canvas : Sense your city, présenté par Lift. Des capteurs environnementaux ont été installés dans sept villes du monde. CityCells propose aux visiteurs de l'exposition un voyage interactif dans les paysages virtuels de ces villes, générés par les données environnementales recueillies. L'utilisateur se déplace dans l'exposition entre les différents marqueurs, chacun représentant une ville par son nom dans une typographie originale (voir plan). En pointant la tablette sur le marqueur, le visiteur découvre la substance des cellules des mégalopoles - ou City Cells. Pollution, bruit, lumière, humidité, température, poussière : toutes les données environnementales s'échappent du marqueur de la ville pour aller se matérialiser dans l'espace de l'exposition. Les formes géométriques représentent les données des vingt dernières minutes et les paysages en fond sont la moyenne de ces trois derniers mois. L’exposition se vit comme une expérience éphémère, elle révèle de manière artistique et sensible des données chiffrées qui nous semblent abstraites en les rendant visuelles et connectées à notre inconscient ! Environmental sensors have been installed in seven cities of the world. CityCells offers the public an interactive journey through the virtual landscapes of these cities, generated by the environmental data collected. The user moves in the exhibition from one marker to another. Each marker represents a city by displaying its name in a custom designed typeface (see map). By pointing the tablet at the marker, the visitor discovers the substance of the relative city's cells. Pollution, noise, light, humidity, temperature, dust: all the environmental data spring out of the cities marker to appear in the exhibition space. The geometric shapes generated represent information regarding the last twenty minutes, while the background landscape relates to the average of the last three months ones. The exhibition is conceived of as an ephemeral experience, it reveals numerical data that may seem abstract in a sensitive and artistic way by making them visual and connected to our unconscious!
