making sustainable fashion in davis, california. we got our avocado pits and skins from chipotle. you need about the same weight in dye material as the weight of the fabric or fiber you want to dye. we used an aluminum pot. different metals change the color. so does pretty much everything, ie. soil where avocados were grown, etc. added bonus: the design department of uc davis smelled like stew.

Produced by the sister duo Anh and Mai in their light-filled kitchen in suburban Melbourne, each video in this series is their journey to explore videos as a new artistic format. Each dish in the series will be written in an accompanied article on Kitchen Art (http://kitchenart.vn/en/) website. About the recipe: Bruschetta must be my favorite lunch. It's simple and easy to assemble with minimal ingredients, and the results are always superb. Make sure to use the best quality extra virgin olive oil you can afford, the best bread, and fully ripe avocado. One or two slices of smoked salmon is a welcomed addition. - Anh
