Apr 2010: Each spring, we search for the last vestige of winter powder. Over 7 days at Kokanee Hut, we encounter blower snow and springtime corn admist laughter and shenanigans. For many, this trip is a tradition to be repeated.

We hiked out to Snow Lake in Desolation Wilderness, and set up base camp when it was still snowing. We went to sleep hoping for powder the next day. The next day was very warm and the snow changed rapidly. The only wintery snow we found was near the very top of the ridge, becoming increasingly heavy as we descended back to camp. This video was shot with two different cameras. The camera I was using is not that great. It doesn't have a very wide angle, or the best picture quality. The camera Tedesko has is much better. Even though the conditions were not the best, it was still a fun experiance and the terrain was amazing. Point of view: Josh Senning, and Chris Tedesko. Skier in green pants: Eamon Duane.
