This is the beginnings of an animation of the Blue Danube Grill, which was a diner that was next door to the Chicago Theatre. The restaurant interior is nowhere near complete, but I've begun populating it with fixtures and furnishings.

      • Scuba diving on the shipwreck of the Stolt Dagali

from Ryan Video Productions Added 35 0 0

http://www.ryanvideo.com The Stolt Dagali sank when it collided with a cruise ship 19 miles off the coasts of Manasquan, New Jersey on Thanksgiving Day, November 26th, 1964. The ship lies in 130 feet of water, with the highest point of the wreck at 55 feet. Covered with mussels, anemones, hydroids, sponges, soft corals and patches of bright red rust, the wreck is home to a wide variety of fish. One of New Jersey's best dive sites, the "Stolt" is usually a clear, high-visibility ship wreck with something to appeal to scuba divers at all levels of experience. This video footage was recorded by David Felder on July 18, 2014. It was my first attempt at underwater videography. Shot on a GoPro Hero 3 at 1920 x 1080. Edited in Premiere Pro. The footage has not been color corrected. Music is the "Blue Danube Waltz" by Johann Strauss II, originally recorded at the Vienna Orchestra on June 23, 1934. I consider this video shot near the Danube River in Šamorín, Slovkia as dream archeology because the woman in it struggles to excavate and expose her dark and suffocating emotional state to a more joyful and healing light.

I found new flythrough visualizations of nebulae and planets at hubblesite.org/videos, so I made a montage. Only Strauss could compose a waltz fit for the Universe. This is a homage to Stanley Kubrick, and a tribute to the work of scientists. Music: An der schönen blauen Donau, Op. 314, Johann Strauss II

Eggert/Ricklefs are a Berlin based artist collective working collaboratively since 2005. They create large scale installations and sculptures involving geometry and architectural elements as well as the formal language of technology. The video "Ronde" was filmed in their major installation "The Diamond As Big As The Ritz" that was both an hommage to Kubrick's "2001 Space Odessy" and an interactive sculpture letting visitors experience a transgression of gravity.
