          from Danny Cooke Added 282K 4,934 286

A rogue with an eye for salvage - and the ladies - Ray: A Life Underwater is an affectionate portrait of one man's deep sea diving career, told through his extraordinary collection of marine artefacts. Like a modern-day pirate, 75-year-old Ray Ives has been scouring the seabed for treasure his whole life. The former commercial diver has plundered the deep for over fifty years, bringing to the surface anything that glittered -- even gold. In a shipping container near the water, Ray tends his museum of cannon, bottles, bells, swords, portholes and diving gear. He even still takes to the water in a 1900s diving suit. Ray can be found most days at his museum at Yacht Haven Quay, Plymouth. *Please watch in HD with the video fully loaded* “Welcome To Doha,” takes us on a spectacular journey through the remarkable city of Doha, Qatar. Located on the coast of the Arabian Gulf, Doha entices our curiosity and excites the imagination. We behold some of the most magnificent architectonics in the world, while by contrast peer into an infinite desert terrain and a thriving Middle Eastern nation. With the ever-growing cityscape, Doha continues to be one of the most unique settings to experience. “Welcome To Doha,” illustrates the persistent blooming of this marvelous metropolis, the evolution of it’s history from the old and new world, and the quintessence of the countries culture; all of this captured through the art form of Timelapse photography. The story of ‘Francis’ came about interestingly from famed radio show 'This American Life'. Broadcaster Ira Glass asked 6 American writers to create a short story about Adventure. One of these stories was written by novelist & screenwriter Dave Eggers, and was read on the show to much acclaim and praise. Richard worked with producer Kevin Batten & a team to turn the words into this short. He worked on the film tirelessly & had 40 people work on all elements of the animation. The film has been shown at Cannes Film Festival and Raindance.

Please check out the wonderful Rhian Sheehans music. http://www.rhiansheehan.com/ In October 2012, Nick, Dave, Francisco and I, set off on a 10 day journey along the Southern coast of Haiti in the back of a pickup. Our goal? To capture a side of Haiti that is rarely seen. Having been to Port Au Prince multiple times, it was refreshing to see Haiti in a new light. It's important to recognize that the images typically shown of Haiti, or any 3rd world country, do not necessarily represent the country as a whole. It has nothing to do with putting blinders on to problems and needs, but all to do with expanding your perception of a country. We hope that these images can help motivate someone to get out and go somewhere that may seem scary or intimidating. When you get into it, it's not all bad. www.hornerpictures.com
