    Bulgarische Split Squats sind die Vorstufe zu einbeinigen Kniebeugen und fordern wieder dein Gleichgewicht. Du brauchst dazu lediglich einen Stuhl oder eine Bank, um das inaktive Bein abzulegen. Ausführung Ein Knie wird leicht angewinkelt und der Fußrücken des anderen Beins erhöht abgelegt. Die Füße sind dabei etwas weiter als Schrittlänge auseinander. Fußspitze und Knie zeigen nach vorne. Nun wird das vordere Knie langsam bis zum rechten Winkel gebeugt. Der Oberkörper bleibt aufrecht und die Arme dienen der Stabilität. Schwierigkeit Die Steigerung dieser Übung ist die einbeinige Kniebeuge. Wenn diese Übung zu schwer sein sollte, ist die klassische Kniebeuge eine Alternative.
