        Used mocap for most of the character animations and retargeted the various bah skeletons with different mocap data to the central characters. I didn't make the characters or the forklift truck this was more a proof of concept regarding ipisoft motion capture software and using this to make an short animation.

            This video shows one way to install external BVH mocap data into the default crowd agent that ships with Houdini 14. This technique leverages the result of converting BVH to BCLIP/CMD files. You can view how to convert BVH files to the Houdini compatible format, using the mcbiovision converter, in this video. http://vimeo.com/53088185 or download the already converted files from the link below. We can execute the script .CMD file in the Textport window, using the source command, to create a default skeleton. Then we link the resulting skeleton to the external .BCLIP file which contains the animated bone information. This mocap chop node is then copied into the existing Mocap Biped 1 HDA. Through the use of a universal expression, chop(chsop("../chop")+"/$OS:$CH"), each bone can be switched to playback another mocap dataset by simply modifying the path to the CHOP.
