The game is currently in alpha stages with all the key game mechanics functioning. Segment is a fast-paced, turn-based, guessing game with roots from the classic, Snake. It is developed in Unity 5 with the new UI system, with multiplayer and general polishing left to add to the final product. ------------------- Group Programming Project - JellE https://github.com/NCCA/JellyGameCVA3 3rd year NCCA assignment focused on familiarising us with Git and programming disciplines in a group. The game was developed in OpenGL and I was responsible for the camera systems, general code structuring for the game, GLSL shader writing (simple Phong model) and SDL audio. ------------------- OpenGL Flocking System Game - Kinobird https://github.com/ryanchanwo/Kinobird 2nd year NCCA assignment. Fully functioning flocking system with weighted behaviors made practical by placing it into a game environment. Programmed with assistance of NCCA Graphics Library (NGL). Used qt IDE and SDL to handle player input to control the player, who can act as the predator. The game was programmed with Component Entity System, a modern game design paradigm. ------------------- Recursive Snowflake Generator / Particle Emitter https://github.com/ryanchanwo/SnowflakeGenerator Customisable snowflakes generated recursively with Python. Also includes a particle emitter behaviours to emit generated snowflakes in semi-realistic motion.
