Lucid dream is my first short film, it's about a subconscious journey that walks the line between fantasy and reality . I was always interested in the subconscious and how it can effect our decisions, choices, likes, and most of our being without realizing. I drew my inspiration from Caravaggio, who I consider a very cinematic painter, his use of light in paintings shuns drama into his subjects in a way that is very expressive and powerful Also, I was inspired by Dante's inferno in his allegories through the journey of the Purgatorio of Hell and Paradise. my main elements/actors I used were architecture and light. I used Final Cut Pro X to edit my film. Shot by 7D Canon HD Cam 5D Canon Music/score by Ankit Suri

This final assessment task not being a Showreel strangely made me sigh something of a relief, as I've been editing stuff to music for a good ten years now. It's where I began. Now I've moved on from animation and attempting to make films on a 3.2MP camera, and this is where I stand now. My 260MC, in a nutshell. My re-hash of a previous project... A 'Caravaggian' adaptation of 'Supper at Emmaus'. Not gonna lie, no effort was put into this whatsoever. Yeah I know it's not continuous, I'd challenge anyone to make a continuous film out of the raw footage we took!!!
