I took part in a workshop with designer Carlo Vega. Motion Graphics students had 48 hours to complete a project. However they did not recruit sound designers until the final day. So a team of 4 sound designers had 16 projects that needed sound... and they were being presented in 5 hours! The animators were still working on their projects so I had to make my own cue sheets and work to no picture. The hour before presenting I was able to make the necessary changes and call it a day. I absolutely loved every minute of it. After the 48 hours Carlo put all 16 animations up on a website that randomly plays each animation clydefox.com/metamorphosis/

This is a collaborative project from the Carlo Vega Workshop I had in SCAD (Nov 2012). Carlo Vega is a artist/motion designer based in NYC. You can check out his portfolio here at: carlovega.com/ The concept was to make was to express a hunted feel on a psychological level of imaginative disturbing illusion. We had to showing blood drop and slow subtle movements to create this certain feel. YOU CAN WATCH THE ENTIRE COLLABORATION of our animations for Carlo Vega's workshop here at clydefox.com/metamorphosis/ Credits to my groupmate: Rick Fourthirty Chris Wilson Alonna Summer Morrison Sivanuj Rung Pavarodom

In October of 2012, motion graphic designer Carlo Vega conducted a workshop for the motion media department at SCAD. Over 70 students participated in creating a Halloween-themed animation sequence based on boards designed by Carlo. We were broken into groups of 4 or 5 and each given a board around which to design our piece. I led our group of myself and three awesomely talented girls, and this was our result. My main contributions were design and animation of the forest and the camera. Jade Stickle and Caresse Haaser rotoscoped and animated the crow, and Lexi Redd helped with the forest and animation. T he final pieces for each group were compiled and titled "Metamorphosis" and can be viewed here: clydefox.com/metamorphosis/ To see Carlo's work, visit here: http://www.carlovega.com

This is one of two pieces that my team of 5 created during the 48 hour Carlo Vega workshop. The motion media department at SCAD had Carlo here for the weekend. We were divided up into about 16 teams each lead by a senior. Our challenge was to create a 10-15 second animation based off of a style frame from a series of already made frames. This one was based off of this frame http://i.imgur.com/CJFaZ5W.jpg After the 48 hours Carlo put all 16 animations into a website that randomly plays each animation clydefox.com/metamorphosis/ http://pochenchia.com/Metamorphosis

Two days within the month of October SCAD MOME worked closely with Carlo Vega and other MOME students to create short animations based on Carlo's Fear Fest style frames. Each of the 16 teams were given a style frame and 2 days to create an animation that would inject the audience with fear and disturbance. You can see each of the teams' animations at: clydefox.com/metamorphosis See the process work behind this animation at: http://www.behance.net/gallery/Carlo-Vega-Workshop-Metamorphosis/6215041
