Glenn talks tactics and about how the Caulfield Guineas will be run. Rich Enuff is a clear favourite however Glenn singles out Almalad as the next closest challenger. Michael Rodd, riding Rich Enuff and Tommy Berry atop Almalad look like squaring up for tactical battle with both horses being drawn wide.

*Warning: Graphic footage* While Australians are picking out their outfits for the Spring Racing Carnival which is quickly approaching, kill buyers around Australia are picking out ex-racehorses - calculating their body weight with the current price of horse meat per kilo. This year, we are focusing our shift towards those who have the power to help us end the slaughter of racehorses - the punters and racegoers. The Coalition for the Protection of Racehorses (CPR) is calling for "people power" and for race attendees to ask themselves one this simple question this racing season - "Is the party really worth it?" The racing industry is quick to say that very few racehorses are sent to slaughter after racing, however this recent footage which was sent to us anonymously suggests otherwise. If you think it's about time racehorses got the treatment they deserve - then vote with your dollar and your feet and choose to not support the racing industry until this slaughter ends. You'll notice we have also included a pony in this video, and while not a racehorse, we consider him to be just as important. CPR is concerned about all horses that end up at knackeries, but must direct its attention to the largest cause of wastage. We feel that through exposing knackeries, it is a natural progression that most people will be horrified and will reject the idea of sending their horses there. CPR’s focus on racehorses ultimately benefits more horses by bringing attention to the serious welfare concerns of sending any horse to the knackery.
