Chris and Stacey were married in September of 2014. Not satisfied with a traditional wedding, they went all out and brought 40 of their best friends and family along for the ride in the town of Volterra, Italy for the festivities. Their beautiful villa in the heart of Italian wine country was home for the group for one fantastic week at the tail end of summer 2013, and lends itself to the breathtaking scenery that Tuscany is known for.

Jason Phillips and Jeff Sims also presented at the UDOT Conference on the I-80; Parley’s Canyon Storm Water Improvements Project. The project replaced a 2-mile stretch of failing metal pipe adjacent to and under I-80 in the canyon between Salt Lake and Park City. This CMGC project attracted a lot of interest from the community due to the importance of this stretch of freeway and was the subject of 4 news reports during construction. Jason and Jeff delivered the presentation along with UDOT’s resident engineer and the project manager for the contractor. The project also recently received a merit award from the Utah Chapter of ACEC.

People like you and I, though mortal of course like everyone else, do not grow old no matter how long we live...We never cease to stand like curious children before the great mystery into which we were born. ~ Albert Einstein in a letter to Otto Juliusburger, 1942. At 31-years old, RN Chris Price is no spring chicken by modern standards. In sport of ultra-running however, he is just starting to come into his own after only 2 years of competition and a threat to win it all any time he toes the line in the dirt. On July 21, 2012 he will take center stage in his toughest challenge yet, the Angeles Crest 100 Mile Endurance Run. While a dark horse to win according to many, he is no longer an unknown and will challenge some of the best in the sport by navigating over 33,000 feet of elevation change over unrelenting terrain spread out over 100 miles in the San Gabriel Mountains. Whether it is climbing the steep mountains of some of Southern California's highest peaks or climbing the ranks of the still budding sport trail ultra-marathons, Chris continues his quick ascent upward.
