The incredibly stupid and occasionally uncomfortable dogme 95 movie is now uploaded in its full version. Obviously there are a lot of tweaks to make as well as a coloring and such but since I won’t touch this again for several months I figured I’d uploaded it. Because their are some things I will never be able to explain to my mom.

Today as I write this I ask about the future of Sarah. I think there’s a basic structure to childhood, a drive within a person to understand the practice of living. Play is a testing process, a creative way to learn the world. Play is entertaining to keep us motivated and keep us testing. The person who filmed and directed this movie and also the person who played the piano are shining examples of people (women like Sarah could become) who have excelled through the childhood learning process. What is missing from this movie, what is leveraged against optimism and learning play, is the middle part, the rocky transition between child and adult. Invisible forces of culture are often strong and destructive, ominous danger juxtaposed to the lively intrigue and delight that Sarah invokes. The years ahead may be tough we all wish you luck Sarah we believe you can do great.
