Bria Dinero recites her poem "I Am Black" A poem that was originally written her senior year of High School for a black history assembly. Now at 21 the message she speaks is still very alive and relevant today. As black people we must unite as one to overcome the blatant prejudice, hatred and brutality that we are faced with on a daily by the white supremacy or for better words, the Government. Most importantly, we no longer can continue to be naive to our history and brainwashed to believe this is all we deserve. We no longer can destroy each other, we must become ONE to ever become Equal" Twitter: Breezydinero Credits Director: Deazy Yach DP-Dante Skartoni Camera Operator-John Casas 1st AC-Lauren Wolfe Photographer-Briyona Allen Editor-Denzel Lee Kidswithgats.com

The Road to Justice The story of Brown v. Board of Education, which ended legal segregation in public schools, is one of hope and courage. When the people agreed to be plaintiffs in the case, they never knew they would change history. The people who make up this story were ordinary people. They were teachers, secretaries, welders, ministers and students who simply wanted to be treated equally. This video is based on actual research of the 1960's lunch counter sit-ins that took place during the Civil Rights Movement. This video is NOT an attempt to bring discourse to no one and is part of a research project. Before 'silent' protesters would walk into department stores as 'Woolworth's' or 'Kress', they would have to endure intense training in order to maintain peace and not physically fight back. Protesters were 'trained' to resist the violence and not add to it. This is a project of Stage Aurora Theatrical Co., Inc. and Darryl Reuben Hall.
