In order to boost the image of UPMC while alleviating some of the workload for HR, we decided to focus on the applicant side of this problem. By introducing a FAQ Forum and Career Truck, we hope to satisfy the individual needs of applicants while furthering the outreach of UPMC into the community in a manageable way for HR.
