A few evening clips with my Nikon D5300. Only able to load at 720p - shot at 1080p. All: manual settings, ISO 100- 400; 24p 1/50, (3rd one at 60p, 1/125) all using the 18-140mm kit lens, except the waves against the steel clip where I used a 50 1.4 prime at f4. Some compression artifacts, esp. on the first clip; and banding in the dark clouds on the final clip. I need to figure out how to minimize/ eliminate these. I used Adobe Premiere cs6 to edit. I am still learning the software and my problems might be fixable in Premiere but I'm not familiar enough. Any suggestions always appreciated!

Watching Clint Eastwood's "surprise" speech at the RNC last week made me wonder if the poor man had skipped his meds that day. Watching this version (converted to Xvid AVI, keyframes deleted in XVI32) made me wonder if I had overdosed on the same drugs that Clint forgot to take...

Compression artifacts make white trash reality television programming so much more interesting.

Tags are keywords that describe videos. For example, a video of your Hawaiian vacation might be tagged with "Hawaii," "beach," "surfing," and "sunburn."
