2014 showreel short by cinematographer /director /artist michael douglas hawk, (cinematix.eu) music & edit on: "Wallpaper for the Soul" by (amazing) Tahiti 80 - wins First Prize as *Best Music Video* at MSIFF (Mumbai Shorts International Film Festival) Synopsis: Looking out into the world around us, we see all these things - humans, buildings, fire and rain, and all the evolutionary forces - everywhere; somehow it seems as if we're all dancing together, to a kind of invisible rhythmic choreography. This film (2014) spirals in scenes of my works, visualising some of the connections that continuously surface in front of my eyes and my heart...

SHOCKWAVES is about a man whose traumatic memories of childhood send him on a hallucinogenic carnival ride of self-destruction and murder. Through a surrealistic Möbius strip of alternate realities, shifting times and multiple dimensions, SHOCKWAVES weaves a kaleidoscopic nightmare tapestry of abuse and revenge. kockaART in collaboration with Heineken. We used product pictures and logos to show some examples what could be projected on the walls during a party. We created a party atmosphere and promoted achievements with the new brand of Royal Unibrew's, called Desperados. It is also a video to show possible pictures in the products advertisement. The visuals have a smooth theme with a bit of spicy flickering. Please note that all the colors, directions, speeds can be modified. Contact us for details at www.kockaART.com

Beneath the glow of a video tracking system, the space turns into an enormous canvas. Dancers, you can discover your self reflection through your projection. A digital landscape with various lines and shapes is generated in real time in response to the movement and the sound. Step iN is a living painting, creating this constantly shifting organic form and space. Fluid forms intersect with technology and wrap the architecture to create entirely new art form by kockaART. www.kockaart.com Form, colors and emotions The installation use high contrast lines to create unusual environment , a living work of art. Tightly angled convergent lines give a dynamic, lively, and active effect to the image whereas strongly angled, almost diagonal lines generally produce tension in the image and the mood. Curved lines are used to create a sense of flow within the image. Compared to straight lines, curves provide a greater dynamic influence in the visual effects. Collaborations like this one, that mix the organic nature of the body with the programs of a machine are often heavily weighted towards the technology side. Step iN aim to work as a successful art interaction of computer and human form. The projected vivid images mold and melt against the backdrop of sculptural architecture, which is fascinating to observe. Concept The audience has the possibility to experience a transcended space and visually rich exposition. They are not only observers but also performers, which creates a very personal experience. The installation provokes people to play, interact with the space. They experience endless possible projected images. Just like expressionism, step iN present the world solely from a subjective perspective, distorting it radically for emotional effect in order to evoke moods or ideas. It sought to evoke emotional experience. The various line and glow elements in the installation create a continually transforming journey. Giving the audience the feeling of being extended, which intensify self-reflection and possibility to do ART. Technology The installation technologically contains a computer, a Microsoft Kinect motion sensor and a projector. The Kinect sensor plays the role of tracking the audience’s position and silhouette. Computer receives this information, and through the software creates a patch which will be able to process the information into various images. These images projected on the floor from above. The installation requires a floor to project on and an attachment point at the ceiling or the wall. Possibly above the dance floor, a gateway or in front of the bar. The size of the projected canvas depends on the height of the projector attached at. If it’s 4 meter, the projection will be maximum 4×6 meter wide.
