        Oblicuos a full con fitball y resbalas o no te van bien los ejercicios más habituales? Coge UNA mancuerna (en mi caso unos 8-10 kgs), coloca cintura escapular en el fitball, doble barbilla, alinea columna (mi chepa afea un poco el vídeo) y haz una apertura muuuuuy lenta en excéntrico e isométrico. - Primero con pelvis relajada para aprender a notar el oblicuo. - Luego integra glúteos a tope (te suena el "Hip thrust"?) y repite. 5-6 reps de 6-8 segundos máximo y para el otro lado. Luego habría que hacer alguna transición a ejercicios de pie pero tienes un buen recurso cuando el material escasea (véase una clase colectiva).

              If you don't have a roller, use a balance disc in place or simply work on the mat, however, if working on the mat, remember to keep that lower back down so it kisses the mat and drop your legs a little lower to trigger those deep ab muscles. ox, sarah
