The Chemical Cosmos: a guided tour, is a new book by Prof. Steve Miller from University College London. In this short film, Prof. Miller presents his book. "If you have ever wondered how we get from the awesome impersonality of the Big Bang universe to the point where living creatures can start to form, and evolve into beings like you, your friends and your family, wonder no more. Steve Miller provides us with a tour through the chemical evolution of the universe, from the formation of the first molecules all the way to the chemicals required for life to evolve. Using a simple Hydrogen molecule – known as H-three-plus - as a guide, he takes us on a journey that starts with the birth of the first stars, and how, in dying, they pour their hearts out into enriching the universe in which we live." Maestro of Light Artist Leo Villareal has opened a window into the Cosmo above the Johnson Museum of Art's Mallin Sculpture Court on Cornell's campus. Consisting of 12,000 energy-efficient light-emitting diodes (LEDs) wired in a grid, Villareal's"Cosmos" is an awe-inspiring light installation two years in the making. The artist—along with the project architect, Walter Patrick Smith, and donors Lisa and Richard Baker—chose the site specifically for its high visibility on Cornell's campus and from various parts of West Hill and downtown. Villareal programmed and wired each LED with his own computer software to allow for various formations and shapes to take place.

Edited and created in Adobe After Effects Audio: Sinking Inside Yourself - Hammock Concept exploration. Cosmic coincidence of opposites. Mapping of psycho-spiritual states with impressions of the ephemeral world reframed as reflections of the inner Infinite Self. Inspired by the poetry of Rumi titled "Drowned" When you are drowned in God, you only want to be more drowned. When your spirit is tossed up and down by the waves of that Sea, you want to say, "What's more delightful? The waves or the depths?" And what's more fascinating: the Beloved's shield or His piercing arrow? O heart, if you recognize any difference between joy and sorrow these illusions will tear you apart. Maulana Jalal ad-Din Rumi, Mathnawi I Motion sketch developed for Motion Graphics ID Project, cum FYP concept exploration.

A glimpse of the human experience and the speed we are growing. A celebration of the experience of life and what we can accomplish. There is beauty in both the small and the immense. Inspired by Cosmos, NASA, SpaceX, and Jason Silva! I hope you enjoy it!
