                    During the Dirty War in Argentina, approximately 30,000 people were tortured and murdered. Until recently, there has been a fear of speaking out. Now artists and community members are going to the walls of Buenos Aires, particularly to walls of the former detention centers to create murals so that no one will ever forget what happened. And, in remembering, these acts of violence and oppression will not be repeated.
